Triple P – Positive Parenting Program®

The Triple P® program is backed by over 35 years of research and is ranked “first” by the United Nations.

This flexible, practical approach teaches parents proven strategies to:

  • Build strong relationships with their children

  • Manage everyday behaviour challenges

  • Prevent problems before they start

Triple P is effective across a wide range of family types, cultures, and economic backgrounds.

Circle of Security Parenting® (COSP)

The Circle of Security® is an evidence-based program focused on building secure parent-child attachments. It’s especially helpful for families dealing with trauma, developmental challenges, or disrupted relationships.

COSP helps parents:

  • Understand their child’s emotional needs

  • Strengthen trust and connection

  • Foster healthy, secure relationships

One-on-One Parent Coaching

Work directly with a skilled parenting educator to address concerns such as:

  • Behavioural challenges

  • Child and youth development

  • Family dynamics

Our coaching sessions are:

  • Customized to your family

  • Offered virtually for your convenience

  • Flexible to fit your schedule

We believe every family is unique, and we tailor our services to meet your individual needs—whether you are parenting a toddler, or raising teens.

Our accredited team brings years of experience and specialized training to every parent-child interaction. We’re proud to be fully accredited by both Triple P Canada® and Circle of Security®.
